Hi this is my mcdojo of sorts. These courses are not just you get what you see. Through the messaging system here this is also like a school of sorts. I will create new lectures which is more material for free. I will create new lectures due to suggestions and answer questions through messaging. My names Ray and I have 15 active years practicing and studying martial arts. Also, an additional 5 years studying but not actively training. These courses are to give you an additional perspective on self-defense and martial arts they are not to teach you every single thing or technique. I don’t believe there are techniques that are universally the best because who knows, a silly childish technique could work, but I do think these are “some” of the best of the best at least for me and I would like to share them with you. These courses are good for an “addition” to your understanding of martial arts and self-defense, please don’t think any these courses are every last thing you should learn however there is a good amount of material in these courses so if you feel comfortable with this material in itself then great! These courses will give you more confidence and therefore will have you feeling better in general everyday. I studied everything from Okinawan Karate and Taekwondo to pressure points, Kung fu, kenpo, plus more and philosophy. This was my life and now I am sharing it with you. Martial arts is the art of war and empty hand combat is the foundation. You will learn techniques that are geared more towards self-defense than sport. In essence, some of these techniques would have been taught to people in ancient villages to defend themselves against invading armies. These courses are diamonds in the rough. These are the things that you think you have been wanting to learn. Pepper spray expires in a few years. This will last decades until the age of 65 give or take depending on how well you take care of yourself. Some techniques will last even further enabling you to utilize them past the age of 65. Are you going to access the pepper spray in time? Do you like to travel? These will help protect you when your traveling where ever your heart takes you. Please note that I am not encouraging fighting. The techniques taught in this course are for self-defense/life and death situations, not for releasing anger and frustration even if the other person started it or has something coming to them so please be responsible.
