The present tense is the most basic and important grammar tense you need to know in English! In this course, you learn the two ways to use the present tense: the Simple Present and the Continuous Present. Together we learn how to conjugate positive sentences and negative sentences, how to make a question, and when to use the Simple Present and Continuous Present. I teach you how to make negative contractions for both types of the present tense. I also make sure to teach you all about making questions. We learn about close questions, open questions, as well as the different question words such as “who”, “what”, “where”, etc. I also tell you about the differences between the Simple Present and Continuous Present. It is very important to know when and how to use these two different present tenses. At the end of each lesson there are assignments to help you practice. These assignments include conjugation exercises as well as writing your own sentences. I speak English slowly and clearly so beginners can understand. I made this course specifically for beginners. If you are a complete beginner, you should be able to understand me and practice using the present tense.
