In this class you will learn how to: cover super tall cakes in fondant get smooth results without seams get super sharp edges (rounded edges are also included) get consistent results every time how to make friends with fondant and feel comfortable with the medium By the end of this class you will be able to cover tall cakes with confidence! You don’t have to have any previous fondant skills, (however, some basic cake knowledge in terms of filling/ stacking cakes would be advisable – if you have never touched flour or buttercream in your life, this course might not be the one to start with… ).
