My name is Idbac fiidal. I always loved learning. But like most people, I had a love-hate relationship with books. I live in Denmark, where I have lived most of my life. And as a teenager going through the danish primary and secondary school systems, I had my share of frustrations with books. I loved and wanted to learn the knowledge in the textbooks, but no matter how many notes I took, I always felt that the information never stuck. And I noticed that all of my classmates had the same problem. Books were boring and difficult to read. I remember thinking that there must be a better way to extract knowledge from books.

I started to look into different materials on how to read books. And most of the different techniques in those books were different variations of notetaking. Like mind mapping (which is a form of visual notetaking.) and others described different analysis models. But none of them seemed to work effectively. I then started researching how we learn, and after a couple of years, I realized that we were never taught how to really extract knowledge and information from books. I started using what I learned, and to my amazement, not only could I remember what I read, I could clearly see the flaws and incomplete thoughts in the books I was reading, correcting and completing them, without even trying. In this course, I will share a brief version of this method.
