Dr. Georg Fraberger 1973 wurde Fraberger ohne Arme und Beine geboren, was ihn jedoch nicht daran hinderte, das Psychologie-Studium in Wien abzuschließen. Nach einem Auslandsjahr in England kam er zurück nach Wien und befasst sich seither mit dem Konzept Lebensqualität.
